Mandalas are extremely powerful tools for meditation, prayer, transformation, and healing. They are highly effective in supporting one's quest for truth, the discovery of who one truly is, and the activation of one's highest potential.
To receive the full effects of a mandala you are invited to choose one image that you are most drawn to and loosely focus on its center allowing your heart to open and expand. Slowly bring your awareness/attention to your breath as it gently flows in and out of your chest, allowing the mind to relax. Allow the image before you to penetrate every aspect of your awareness with the heart as the entry point.
